You're gonna love it! If it is because of any manufacturing fault, you can return the collar, and we'll pay for the shipping and send you a new one of course.

If you somehow got the sizing wrong, you won't be able to return your item. No exeptions. 

For all returned products, we would never resell them as new, but they will get donated to a local shelter to get some lucky doggies looking all spiffy and ready for adoption.
